ACD- Spatial Biology Seminar

Investigate New Dimensions of Spatial Insights at a Single-Cell Resolution

With over 11k peer reviewed publications credited to researchers over our 12 years of delivering unique RNA in situ assays to spatially assess mRNAs, ncRNAs, miRNAs, ASOs, siRNAs, and splice variants, RNAScope is a uniquely powerful, yet accessible tool.  In this presentation we will provide an overview of the assay and some applications, and then focus on papers that have leveraged the RNAScope ISH technology’s single-cell resolution with single mRNA sensitivity for organoid studies.

Feature speaker:  Connie Zhang, PhD.
